If you are not a UK resident, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not violate your state, territory or country's laws by using the consultation service.
A patient is responsible to inform to his / her, GP / Doctor, about the use of homeopathic remedies prescribed by Wellness Homeopathy, and at no time will our treatment be allowed to come off his/her medications prescribed by his/her GP/Doctor.
Although each consultation is given the highest professional attention, we cannot guarantee either a positive prognosis or a cure, nor assume responsibility for events affecting the patient on a physical, mental or emotional level, which may prejudice the homeopathic treatment outcome, including but not restricted to regular use of or addiction to alcohol or recreational drugs, as this is true with any other system of medicine, either conventional or non-conventional. Whilst we assure you, of the best of our possible efforts, please note that we do not claim to cure each and every case, nor do he guarantee any magical cure. The homeopathic medicines are essentially free from side effects and Wellness Homepathy will take no responsibility for any presumed complications.
Patients who use the Wellness Homeopathy service whilst already under the care of a homeopath are responsible for informing their existing homeopath.
Patients using our service will remain under the overall clinical responsibility of their General Practitioner or Medical Doctor throughout the homeopathic treatment. Responsibility for adjusting or withdrawing prescribed drugs lies solely with the patient and the prescriber of those drugs.
Wellness Homeopathy reserves the right to decline or terminate treatment where it is deemed to be in the best interest of the patient, or where professional boundaries cannot be maintained, or for any reason at our discretion, including willful submission of improper, misleading or irrelevant information.
Patients using the Wellness Homeopathy service may suspend their treatment at any time by notifying us by e-mail. Payment is for a homeopathic consideration of the case and, once this has been undertaken, no refunds will be given.
